Craig is a family and pet photographer who loves the outdoors.
Therefore it was only natural that Craig decided that all his photoshoots would be taken outside. He prefers using natural light whilst making the photoshoot a relaxed and fun experience. Knowing what his own daughter is like moving in a blink of an eye, kids want to explore and run around. That’s exactly what he will do with them, literally jump in some puddles and have some fun with them whilst capturing images of them being themselves.
Craig’s love of the outdoors takes him on adventures across the UK. Most of his work involves being in and around water where he is drawn to the coast for seascape work and inland in search of waterfalls. He enjoys getting away from the city centre with his camera capturing images that suit his mood, mostly being long exposure work, looking for the fine details in how the water flows leading your eye into the full scene of the waterfall or seascape. He normally spends quite a bit of time on location, to take in the atmosphere and gain a feel for the area and surroundings before he even takes his camera out. Prior to any photography adventure Craig always does his research, looking at OS Maps, checking the weather and tide times to give him the best chance of capturing the type of images he has in mind.
Craig has also undertaken various property and commercial photoshoots.
